These Terms govern your use of devsignalbase.digital and engagements with Devsignalbase for onboarding analytics and related application analytics advisory from our Bangkok studio.

Services

We provide consulting, workshops, written reviews, instrumentation design, and reporting retainers described on this site. Pricing shown is informational. A separate statement of work or email confirmation defines scope, fees, and timelines for each engagement.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful access to data you share, accuracy of extracts, securing internal approvals, and obtaining any required privacy notices from your end users. We do not take custody of production systems unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Deliverables prepared for you become your materials for internal use upon full payment. Our methods, templates, and prior art remain Devsignalbase property. Public case notes omit confidential details unless you approve disclosure.

No warranty of business outcomes

Analysis informs decisions; it does not guarantee activation lifts, retention changes, or revenue outcomes. Recommendations are professional opinions based on information available at the time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Site use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, or scrape content for competing services. Content is provided as-is for informational purposes.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes are subject to the courts of Bangkok, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
